Pollen Metrology Announces partnership with Woowon Technology Co. Korea

Pollen Metrology products will be exhibited at Semicon Korea (Feb. 1 – 3)

Moirans France and Seoul Korea January 27 2023: Pollen Metrology today announced the signature of an agreement with Woowon Technology Co., Ltd Korea. Under this agreement, Woowon will distribute and support all Pollen Metrology products in Korea.

Pollen Metrology is a French deeptech company created in 2014 and specialized in the creation of artificial intelligence software for the production of innovative materials. Pollen has developed a unique technology to accelerate time to market of innovative materials with advancing AI-DL enabled Smart Process Control. The current product portfolio will enhance production yield through automated analysis of complex data for metrology and defectivity.

Established in 1990, Woowon Technology Co., Ltd. ( (주)우원테크놀러지 (wwtech.co.kr) is a domestic distributor of well-known equipment manufacturers, providing leading and groundbreaking solutions in the areas of semiconductor, MEMS, nano, FPD, LED, solar and R&D business. Since its founding, it has operated a professional technical sales and customer support department. Woowon is headquartered in Gyeonggi-do, with two additional support offices in Korea
